- How far ahead should I order?
- Each product page shows its own preparation time. For events and large orders, it is best to call a few days ahead so we can agree on your date.
- Why are there no prices on the site?
- The price of an order depends on the products and the quantity, so we do not list a fixed figure. Tell us what you need and how many, and we will quote you on the same call. This site is a showcase of our products; there is no online payment.
- How do I know about allergens?
- The main ingredients of each product are listed in its description. Our kitchen handles nuts (walnut, pistachio, almond and hazelnut), gluten, eggs and dairy, so we never describe any product as completely free of them. If you have an allergy, tell us by phone before ordering.
- Do you deliver?
- We arrange delivery with you when you place the order. Cream cakes and cheesecakes need to stay in the fridge until serving, so plan for that if you are collecting yourself.
- Do you take special requests?
- Send a photo or a description of what you have in mind through the form on this page or on Telegram. If it is workable, we will agree the details and price with you; if not, we will suggest the closest option.
